Overview

Galloway & Pierce is a Delivery Operations & PMO Support Firm specialising in workflow administration, information management, and applied AI intelligence — embedded in live projects to reduce friction and eliminate manual overhead. We support delivery organisations across infrastructure, construction, transport, energy, aviation, and public sector environments. Working across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 delivery networks, we capture and maintain project-critical information to provide clear, point-in-time visibility without disrupting established systems or governance. Our delivery-side perspective strengthens confidence across complex project environments, supports ESG and local content commitments through evidence, and contributes to stronger regional and community outcomes.

Galloway & Pierce’s clients consist primarily of project managers and delivery teams working across infrastructure, construction, transport, energy, aviation, and public sector projects.
