What Can We Do For You?

Galloway & Pierce serves as a Supplier Enablement and Procurement Partner, aligning suppliers to enterprise project requirements across capability, compliance, and local content objectives. We work alongside enterprise teams across each stage of project delivery to realise value through effective supplier engagement and performance control. During mobilisation, we support onboarding, integration, and readiness verification. Through delivery, we monitor performance and compliance data to identify risks and improvement opportunities. At close-out, we capture lessons, validate outcomes, and strengthen supplier capability for future projects. We take a holistic lifecycle approach that connects project stages into a single system of supplier performance.

Corporate Responsibiltiy

Supply chains remain one of the most effective levers enterprises have to shape economic and social outcomes. As expectations around ESG, DEI, and local participation expand, the way suppliers are identified, onboarded, and managed has become central to delivery performance.

Broader inclusion is no longer a standalone initiative; it shapes competitiveness, builds capability, and reduces exposure across projects by extending into multiple tiers of the supply chain. When engagement reaches subcontractors and  suppliers, it strengthens delivery resilience, deepens capability within local markets, and creates a more transparent, responsive supplier ecosystem.

Shared Challenges Across Complex Industries

The industries we support — from infrastructure and energy to transport, utilities, and construction — each have their own context but share similar challenges: complex supply chains, strict compliance requirements, and constant pressure to balance delivery certainty with commercial outcomes. In every sector, success inherently relies on suppliers performing well, managing risk, and meeting stakeholder expectations. Galloway & Pierce supports project and procurement teams in these environments, helping to keep delivery, compliance, and community outcomes advance together.

Technology at Our Firm

Data is everywhere, but insight comes from how it’s connected and applied. Across projects, technology now underpins how suppliers are managed, how risks are tracked, and how performance is measured. When information from multiple systems is brought together, from platforms,  frameworks, and field reporting, it creates better decisions and more reliable delivery outcomes.

For many organisations, the challenge is not collecting data but converting it into something actionable. At Galloway & Pierce, we see technology as infrastructure —linking supplier activity, performance, and compliance into a single operational view that supports confident decision-making.
