At Galloway & Pierce, we believe the future of work is one that empowers people to achieve their full potential, grow their careers, and amplify their impact. We are committed to building an environment where learning and development are continuous, collaboration is valued, and contributions are recognised.

Work That Works For Everyone

We champion a workplace where you belong, can grow your career, and make a meaningful impact. Our people shape partnerships that strengthen enterprises and the communities they serve. Every role is hands-on and client-facing, with responsibility that spans projects, stakeholders, and outcomes. You will see the impact of your contributions reflected in the success of our clients, the strength of our relationships, and the long-term value we help create.

Why People Thrive Here

We create an environment where people contribute directly and see the impact of their efforts. Roles are broad, client-facing, and built on trust. Our team is encouraged to adapt as priorities change, ensuring both individual growth and client success.

Momentum is The Operating Model

We move quickly and keep close to the work. For clients, this means clear progress. For our team, it creates opportunities to take initiative and grow through responsibility. Feedback is constant, and learning comes through doing.

Built on Autonomy and Trust

We value accountability, collaboration, and independence. Processes are lean, and ownership is shared. Everyone is expected to bring initiative, work directly with clients, and contribute to outcomes that matter. It’s a culture of trust and results.

“We’re building a culture of trust, growth, and shared purpose. Our commitment is to create an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their work. This culture reflects our belief that professional development and personal well-being go hand in hand, enabling our people to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact for clients and communities.”
