What Galloway & Pierce Does

Galloway & Pierce provides supplier-side support services that may include:

  • Supplier engagement and mobilisation support across programmes and projects
  • Collection, organisation, and structuring of supplier-provided information and documentation
  • Preparation of supplier capability profiles, participation summaries, and delivery context materials
  • Consolidation and presentation of supplier information for reporting, escalation, and governance support
  • Coordination across suppliers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders
  • Support for ESG, local content, and community-related supplier reporting obligations
  • Preparation of materials to support programme reporting and client governance processes

These services are intended to support understanding, coordination, and engagement and do not replace client governance, due diligence, or decision-making processes.

What Galloway & Pierce Does Not Do

To ensure clarity of role and governance boundaries, Galloway & Pierce does not provide:

  • Legal, commercial, tax, or financial advice
  • Engineering, technical, design, safety, or WHS assessments
  • Regulatory compliance, risk advisory, or assurance services
  • Auditing, certification, testing, or verification services
  • Approvals, endorsements, permits, or compliance confirmations
  • Recommendations regarding supplier selection, contract award, pricing, or commercial strategy
  • Direction or management of supplier performance or corrective actions
  • Any role requiring licensed, accredited, or professional judgement
  • Any function that substitutes for a client’s procurement, legal, commercial, engineering, safety, risk, or governance teams

All such responsibilities remain with the client and its authorised representatives.
