What Galloway & Pierce Does

Galloway & Pierce provides supplier-side support services that may include:

  • Ongoing data capture, updates, and maintenance across delivery systems and PM tools
  • Day-to-day delivery coordination and PMO operations support
  • Meeting, workflow, and administrative management
  • Organisation and maintenance of project documentation and knowledge assets
  • Preparation of reporting, communication, and presentation materials
  • Consolidation of multi-tier inputs to support reporting, escalation, and governance processes
  • Coordination of information flows across project teams, contractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders
  • Assembly of evidence and materials to support delivery readiness, compliance, audit, and assurance processes

These services are intended to support information clarity, consistency, and visibility. They do not replace client governance, due diligence, assurance, or decision-making processes.

What Galloway & Pierce Does Not Do

To maintain clear role and governance boundaries, Galloway & Pierce does not provide:

  • Legal, commercial, tax, or financial advice
  • Engineering, technical, design, safety, or WHS assessments
  • Regulatory compliance advisory, risk advisory, or assurance services
  • Auditing, certification, testing, or verification services
  • Approvals, endorsements, permits, or compliance confirmations
  • Recommendations regarding supplier or contractor selection, contract award, pricing, or commercial strategy
  • Direction, management, or enforcement of contractor or supplier performance or corrective actions
  • Any role requiring licensed, accredited, or regulated professional judgement
  • Any function that substitutes for a client’s procurement, legal, commercial, engineering, safety, risk, or governance teams

All such responsibilities remain with the client and its authorised representatives.
