Code of Conduct and Ethics for Delivery and Commercial Practice

Our integrity and reputation depend on our ability to do the right thing, consistently and without compromise.

Code of Conduct

The Galloway & Pierce Code of Conduct defines the standards expected of everyone representing or working with the firm, including employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners. It sets out how Galloway & Pierce conducts business — ethically, responsibly, and in alignment with applicable legal and professional obligations across Australia and New Zealand.

This Code establishes clear expectations for behaviour, professionalism, and accountability in all interactions with clients, suppliers, delivery partners, and communities.

Code of Ethics for Professionals

The Code of Ethics defines the principles that guide Galloway & Pierce’s decisions and professional behaviour. It reflects the firm’s commitment to acting with integrity, maintaining trust with clients and partners, and advancing ethical commercial practice and responsible supplier engagement across industries in Australia and New Zealand.

Where the Code of Conduct outlines standards of behaviour, the Code of Ethics establishes the values and moral foundations that inform judgment, discretion, and decision-making in the course of our work.

Standard of Conduct & Ethics

All individuals representing Galloway & Pierce are expected to:

  • Act honestly, fairly, and transparently in all dealings. Represent information accurately and avoid misrepresentation or selective disclosure.
  • Maintain professionalism in every client, supplier, and partner interaction.
  • Take responsibility for individual and collective actions and outcomes, recognising the commercial, operational, and social implications of each engagement.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations, including those relating to privacy, anti-bribery, workplace safety, competition, and data protection.
  • Protect client, supplier, and partner information with strict confidentiality, using data only for authorised purposes and managing it in accordance with privacy and security obligations.
  • Base professional contributions and advice on facts and evidence, avoiding conflicts of interest, personal bias, or undue external influence. Any potential conflict must be declared promptly.
  • Treat all individuals with dignity and respect. Discrimination, harassment, coercion, or unethical conduct of any kind is not tolerated. Diversity and inclusion are recognised as essential to effective delivery networks and workplace culture.
  • Operate responsibly and contribute positively to industry and community outcomes, incorporating ESG, local content, and sustainability considerations where appropriate.
  • Maintain the skills, knowledge, and diligence necessary to deliver high-quality work, committing to continuous learning and the maintenance of professional standards.

Reporting and Enforcement

Commitment

Upholding this Code is a shared responsibility and fundamental to the firm’s reputation and role as a responsible, supplier-side and delivery-embedded partner.
